The Rockwell Time Axis A22 is outfitted with the all-new Axis Raptor 400 MPI engine, Skybox Slide seating, and Wakebox 900 Ballast System. At a base price of only $40,995, the new 2010 Axis A22 is the ultimate price point wakeboarding boat made for the riders’ lifestyle.

Matt Brady, Rockwell’s Wake Go-To-Guy is stoked on the A22. Matt and the Rockwell crew took their new A22 straight from the Axis factory to Lake Powell for Brostock ’09. “I was impressed with everything about the boat. The Axis Cruise Control is dialed, it gets up to speed faster then any boat I have ever been on, the sound system thumps, and its unique designs turned plenty of heads at Brostock,” adds Matt. “The boat handles like a formula 1 car and pulls like a Canadian logging truck,” says Dave Sparks, Rockwell’s Event Organizer.

Like Axis Wake, Rockwell is, above all, committed to those “rockin’” their products. The two companies share another similarity in their respective meteoric rise to the top of their segments. Axis Wake Research is the fastest growing player in price-point wakeboard boating with a dealer network expanding at exponential rates. Rockwell is quickly attracting the allegiance of high-profile action sports’ athletes and in turn gaining an unprecedented amount of market share in a short period of time.

Adam McCall, Managing Director for Axis Wake Research, had this to say about the new partnership, “The team at Rockwell shares the same vision that we do at Axis Wake Research, which is to remain rooted in the sports that brought us here and to listen to what the market is telling us.”

When it comes to elite action sports heroes, Randall “The Vandall” Harris, is also something these two companies have in common. The pro wakeboarder is sponsored by both and had this to say about Rockwell choosing the Axis A22. “If the A22 was a watch it’d be a Rockwell. They’re made for each other and both perfect for me!”
